NO PALM OIL

You can feel good about using Handsome Devil because it’s a soap that helps your skin without destroying the planet. Sounds dramatic I know,  but regular soap uses palm oil as a lathering agent. Palm oil also known as Sodium laurel sulphate has been linked with the destruction of the world's tropical forests. 

Development of oil palm plantations, coupled with smallholders expanding their farms to meet the rising demand for palm oil, has resulted in significant deforestation.

This is one of the reasons why Handsome Devil will never use sulfates.
